FIA Report: B3 is the third largest derivatives exchange in the world

The Brazilian Exchange was one of the fastest growing in derivatives volume during the first half of 2018

São Paulo, July 30^th 2018 - B3, the Brazilian Exchange, was the third largest derivatives exchange in the world considering the first half 2018 volume ranking from FIA (Futures Industry Association).

B3 Total volume rose 52.3% to 1.3 billion contracts. “We are experiencing an unprecedented volume related to our mini contracts”, explains Claudio Jacob, B3’s International Business Development – Client Relations Managing Director.
