Foreign Exchange Clearing Member - Without Reserves
The clearing member comprises the institutions responsible as counterparty, with their customers and the Clearinghouse, for settlement and for the provision of collateral for own transactions and/or those of their customers.
Eligible clearing members are securities brokerage houses and dealers, investment banks, commercial banks and multi-purpose banks.
The Foreign Exchange Clearing Member without Bank Reserves must be designate a settlement agent.
