Listing
One of the main activities of the BM&FBOVESPA Segment is to list issuers and admit securities of their issuance for trading. The rules regarding these processes are described in the following documents:

As well as the basic listing segment, the B3 - BM&FBOVESPA Segment has special segments for differentiated corporate governance levels. This differentiation began in 2000, with the launch of the Novo Mercado and Corporate Governance Level 1 and Level 2 and was expanded as of 2012 with the creation of B+ and B+ Level 2, focused on small and mid caps.
