Maintenance fee - Account without movement/position
A monthly fee of R$3.66 will be charged for custody accounts, for both resident and non-resident investors, that remain inactive or without position for more than 60 months, starting from the 61st month.

The custody value will be calculated by summing the volume of all accounts under a single Depositary Receipts – DRs within a single custodian.

1 Charged per protocol, on the transferred financial volume. This amount is calculated based on the average price of the asset on the day prior to the transfer or the last price available for the asset, in case it was not traded the day before.
2 The fee rate for (i) pulverized donation, (ii) long-term incentive programs and (iii) ADR conversion, are charged on the amount transferred within a given month, and not per protocol.
Gold custody
The gold custody fee is determined by the formula below, truncated in two decimal places:
