Solution allows fulfilling the requirements of Resolution No. 4.088
B3 offers a solution for financial institutions to meet the requirements of Resolution No. 4.088 from the Brazilian Central Bank, with the Sistema de Registro de Garantias sobre Veículos Automotores. According to the Brazilian Central Bank’s regulation, banks have to register with the securities registration and clearing systems information on collateral relating to motor vehicles in credit operations, as well as those relating to ownership of vehicles involved in leasing operations. B3 performs the collateral electronic registration in the system and sends this information to the Brazilian Central Bank.
