The guide to investors relations aims to contribute to activities of the Department of Investor Relations (IR) of companies listed on B3. It presents the role of the investor relations, its mission and objectives, through the dissemination of culture of a publicly trade company and corporate governance.
The guide also discusses the steps necessary to:
- Create an investor relations program aligned with expectations of an evolving market;
- Structure interfaces of the area with different types of investors.
