Registration participant (PR)
The registration participant (PR) comprises the institutions that have the right to access the registration environment, with B3 collateral.
The institution applying for access authorization must request admission, from B3, to the category below. For activity in the OTC market with no collateral.

*The access authorization for registration in the OTC Derivatives with Collateral category must possess prior trading access authorization (full trading participant) in the category of Financial and Commodity Derivatives and Gold, or access authorization to receive direct transactions and customers’ give-ups, and the authorization for settlement of such transactions with the clearing member (settlement participant) in the category of Financial and Commodity Derivatives and Gold..
