B3's CSD, offers the service of exclusive deposit of securities that are not eligible for trading at B3. However, such securities can use all the benefits of the B3's CSD such as administration of corporate actions (payment of interest, amortization), amongst others.
The request for exclusive deposit must be requested by the respective issuer, even if it is not listed at B3. The B3's CSD may authorize the deposit of the following securities:
- Shares;
- Investment funds shares.
B3's CSD can also authorize the exclusive deposit of other securities in addition to those listed above, at its own discretion.
The authorization for exclusive deposit may be requested by issuers not registered in CVM and/or B3, highlighting that this service applies only to Securities that are not admitted for trading in organized markets managed by B3.
