The hiring process and access to Datawise is very simple, you can check below the necessary information and documents. However, if there is any doubt, the team responsible for each step will be at your disposal.

  • STEP 1:
    LEARN ABOUT DATAWISE AND OUR COMMERCIAL POLICY

    Learn more about the product and the data you can access, consult the commercial policy and contact our team to request a commercial presentation.

  • STEP 2:
    FILLING CONTRACT AND ANNEXES

    Complete the contract and attachments according to your needs, paying attention to the difference between DATAWISE REPORTS and DASHBOARDS. Send the completed contract and the documents required for signature to servicecontracting@b3.com.br and wait for the document to be validated so that we can start the digital signature process.

  • STEP 3:
    ACCESS TO DATAWISE

    After signing the contract, the login and password for first access to the platform will be sent via email. As this is an automatic email, we recommend that you check your SPAM folder. If you represent a participating institution with an extranet connection with B3, the step of creating a user and linking the profiles on the CAU Portal must be carried out by privileged users of the institution itself. With your login and password in hand, you can access the service using the address: www.datawise.b3.com.br/analytics.   • Information for completing the contract

    The DATAWISE service contract covers the DASHBOARDS and REPORTS modules. To contract the service, it is necessary to sign the contract and the annexes applicable to the module you want. Below you can check some information about each attachment:

    • Annex I: Contacts of representatives of the institution of DATAWISE;

    • Annex II: Inclusion and exclusion of DATAWISE REPORT users;

    • Annex III: Inclusion and exclusion of DATAWISE PLUS users;

    • Annex IV: Choice of products to be contracted from DATAWISE PLUS;

    • Annex V: Required only for institutions that have an economic group. This Annex allows the DATAWISE contractor to share the contracted information with the companies of the Economic Group;

    • Annex VI: Required only for institutions that have an Economic Group. This Annex allows the DATAWISE contractor to list which companies in their Economic Group can access the contracted services;

    • Annex VII: Inclusion and exclusion of DATAWISE DASHBOARDS users;

    • Annex VIII: Choice of products to be contracted from DATAWISE DASHBOARDS;

    If you have already contracted the service and only want to modify the users, you should only fill out Annexes II (Reports), III (Plus) or VII (Dashboards), depending on the product. The attachments that do not apply to your product should be left blank.

  • Documents required for digital signature

    For hiring purposes we need you to send some information:

    • Contract with all information filled in. If the contract is bi-column, the part in Portuguese must be completed and the part in English is optional.
    • Scanned copy of a social document of the institution (Contract/Bylaws, Minutes of Election or Power of Attorney) that grants powers to the signatory of the contract attached to the email sending the contract.
    • Inform in the body of the e-mail the full name, CPF and e-mail of the legal representatives and witness (optional) who will sign the contract, and if there will be a witness.
    • Inform in the body of the email if the representatives have E-CPF.

  • System and technical specifications

    DATAWISE uses, in the Dashboards and Reports modules, the Unified Access Control (CAU) system, whose purpose is to provide a single Identity and Access Management system, facilitating access management and unifying its control in a secure environment. You will find more information about the system used and the technical specifications in the manual below.

  • DATAWISE release steps

    Upon contracting the service you will need to follow a few steps to release and use DATAWISE, which is broken down into different modules (DATAWISE Analytics and Reports) and two client profiles (internet or extranet).

    USER PROFILE:

    - Companies with Internet access: B3 will create users for listed companies, international companies, startups, assets, among other companies that do not have a VPN or RCB connection with B3.

    - Companies with extranet access: Brazilian trading participants (Custodial agents, PN, PNP, etc.), who have a VPN or RCB connection with B3 and choose to be in the extranet profile when contracting, as they have the right to have a privileged user, who is the institution with an administrative role within DATAWISE, will be responsible for creating or deleting users and linking the product profile.
