Manual FirmSoft - (Portuguese only)
FirmSoft is a web-based order management tool that provides real-time access to B3&FBOVESPA’s order processing information on the PUMA Trading System, across multiple firm IDs. It allows customers to check their market position (aggregated execution report). FirmSoft provides an important mitigation factor in case of client system outages. Users for the system may be added using Smartclick.
Request access to Firmsoft
The interested participant must fill out a specific request form available for download on the website’s Documentação Cadastral area, and send it duly filled out and signed by the participant’s legal representatives to the Service Development Unit, which will arrange for access to be granted to FirmSoft.
