Listing
One of the main activities of the BM&FBOVESPA Segment is to list issuers and admit securities of their issuance for trading. The rules regarding these processes are described in the following document:

As well as the basic listing segment, the B3 - BM&FBOVESPA Segment has special segments for differentiated corporate governance levels: Novo Mercado and Corporate Governance Level 1 and Level 2.
